I'll start on Monday.
The diet that starts strong on Monday and ends by Wednesday, at the first happy hour or the first busy day.
No fad diets, no weighing your rice, no starting over every Monday. You do three things a day and Bora does the rest: it counts calories from a photo, builds your workout and adjusts your plan on its own.

It understands what you actually eat
I'll start on Monday.
The diet that starts strong on Monday and ends by Wednesday, at the first happy hour or the first busy day.
How much does this rice weigh?
The app that makes you weigh, search and add up every bite. Nobody keeps that up for two weeks, and with good reason.
It's not working.
The scale that stalls in week three, right when you were doing everything right. That's where almost everyone quits.
It was never about willpower. It was the method. Bora was designed around each of those three moments, so you make it to week 4, then week 8, then your goal.
You'll never wake up wondering what to do again. It's always the same three. Do all three, the day closes, your streak grows and a gift arrives.
Tap each one. That's how it works in the app.
The app asks for less in the first days. All three kick in from day four.
The AI recognizes each food, estimates the portion and shows the calories. Ate more or less? Adjust with one tap and log it.
Chicken stroganoff, white rice and mushrooms: 513 kcal, item by item, for you to check before saving.

11 p.m. and heading for the fridge? Send a message. Your coach knows your plan, your aches and your goal, and answers by name, by text or voice.
"My knee hurts, what workout can I do today?" The coach removes the exercises that strain the knee and the jumping ones.

Each day's workout is built from what you told us: where you train, your experience, free days and aches. Every exercise is animated so you get the move right.
22 minutes in the living room, no equipment. A circuit of 40 seconds of exercise and 20 of rest.

You weigh in once a week. The curve compares what was promised with what happened and, if your pace drifts, the app adjusts your budget and tells you why.
Losing too slowly? It trims a little. Too fast? It gives calories back, because losing fast costs muscle and the weight returns.

It asks whether it's hunger or a craving, shows what it costs your day and offers swaps that kill the craving, plus a 2-minute plan to ride out the wave.
2 brigadeiros = 220 kcal. 37% of what's left today, or 56 minutes of walking. Once you see the math, the craving loses its grip.

Bora fits into the day you already have. It reminds you at the right time, by name, about what's missing.
One glass now already gets the morning going. One tap and it's logged.
640 kcal logged in seconds. 748 left for the rest of the day.
SOS shows the math and offers a swap: two squares of 70% dark chocolate, 60 kcal.
No equipment, with every move animated on screen.
Your streak hits 13 days and today's gift opens. More tomorrow.
Illustrative example of a day of use.
Every week the plan tells you what changes and what to expect from your body. Knowing ahead is what keeps you going on the days most people quit.
That's water, not fat. New food and new workouts hold fluid in the first days.
Your body adjusts, the water leaves and the first result shows up.
This is where almost everyone quits. You'll know it's normal and keep going.
Eating out, weekends, sleep, protein. Twelve themes, no repeats.
The people you live with decide half of your result. In Bora they play on your team, with no competition and no one's weight on display.

You did everything right and the number stopped. Why that's expected, how to tell a real plateau from a pause, and three things that get the scale moving again.
Read →CaloriesThe step-by-step math dietitians use: resting energy, activity level, a safe deficit and the floor you should never go below.
Read →LoggingWhy logging what you eat is the habit that helps weight loss most, and how a plate photo removes the hassle without losing accuracy.
Read →Because Bora doesn't rely on willpower or fad diets. It does the math for you, tells you what to do today, starts light and warns you before the moments most people quit, like week 3. The pace is sustainable: about half a kilo (one pound) a week.
Not like a spreadsheet. Snap a photo, pick from the catalog, repeat yesterday or tap your recent meals. It takes seconds.
No. Your budget never goes below the safety floor (1,200 kcal for women and 1,500 for men), even if your goal asks for more. And if you're losing too fast, the app gives calories back.
No. You tell us where you train, and each day's workout is made for home, with no equipment, or for the gym.
No. It travels over an encrypted connection, is analyzed to estimate foods and calories and is discarded. The result only goes into your log if you confirm it.
It reads your week's summary, writes next week's plan and answers in the chat anytime, by text or voice. What you write is sent to OpenAI only to generate the reply. It doesn't replace a doctor or dietitian.
Subscribe to Family: everyone in your Apple Family Sharing opens Bora already unlocked (if not, tap "Restore purchases"). Then create a group in the Progress tab and share the six-letter code.
Not unless you want them to. The group sees whether you closed the day. The "Show how much I've already lost" switch starts off.
For now Bora is iPhone only.
