The plate photo isn't working
Camera blocked, analysis not coming back or odd results: how to fix it.
The camera won't open
Allow the camera for Bora in iPhone Settings › Bora › Camera.
The analysis doesn't come back
- The photo needs internet. Try Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- If it says the AI is unavailable, try again in a few minutes or log from the catalog.
The result looks off
- Shoot the whole plate, from above, in good light.
- Adjust the portions before logging and uncheck what you didn't eat.
- Sauces, oil and hidden sugar are hard to see. When in doubt, pick the larger portion.
